The Role

As a Senior Social Media Influencer Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Lavish Alice's digital presence, combining innovative social media strategy with impactful influencer collaborations. Reporting to the Group Creative Manager, this hybrid role will be instrumental in elevating brand awareness, maximising engagement, and strengthening brand positioning across all global territories.

You will be responsible for planning and executing creative social-first campaigns, managing influencer partnerships end-to-end, and ensuring content is authentic, trend-led, and commercially aligned. With a deep understanding of both the social and influencer landscapes, you’ll help grow and engage our audience, while consistently delivering against key objectives and supporting business growth

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Group Creative Manager to develop and deliver the brand’s social media strategy, setting KPIs for each channel against brand and commercial objectives.

Support the wider team with planning, development, and execution of our global influencer outreach strategy.

Responsible for the end-to-end management of influencer collaborations, including sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, and reporting.

Conceptualise, plan and execute innovative social concepts and social-led campaigns that align with key shoots, campaign strategy, and trading objectives, managing end-to-end rollout across channels.

Collaborate with creators to curate authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content, providing creative direction and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Monitor, track, and analyse social performance and platform insights, reporting on success of both social activity and influencer partnerships.

Suggest and implement new ideas and growth techniques to drive follower growth, brand awareness, and engagement.

Execute reactive content in response to viral trends, ensuring quick and effective rollout across social channels.

Identify new opportunities, audiences, and communities across both social and influencer channels to grow Lavish Alice's reach and sales globally.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment across campaigns and activity.

Maximise trading and growth opportunities through integrated social and influencer activity across all territories.

Support brand and PR teams in content creation and event activations.

Ensure a consistent tone of voice across all channels, in line with brand identity.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all outreach and social activity, ensuring processes are followed and budgets are adhered to.

About You

We’re seeking a forward-thinking, highly organised and creative team player with excellent communication skills, who can balance creative vision with commercial focus to deliver best-in-class results.

You will have at least 2 years in a similar role and be comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects.
